With over six years of experience as a Business Analyst, supported by a solid academic foundation (BSc, MSc, and currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Project Management), I am dedicated to empowering businesses to operate more efficiently and effectively. I am qualified in Association for Project Management (APM) Project Fundamentals and have completed professional training in Data Analyst Advanced and Service Design and Management with ServiceNow, further enhancing my skills in delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions.

 My sister, Cynthia, is the Director of Smarct, based in Ireland. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll Services, she brings extensive expertise in talent management, payroll administration and management, organisational development, and strategic planning. Her insights and guidance in both payroll and HR strategy are invaluable in aligning our operations and growth strategies with Smarct’s mission of enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness.
